    So when I need to buy genuine parts, Michelle at Peter Kittle's is always my first stop.

    Took my car in for service and wheel alignment but was told they couldn't do wheel alignment due to bald tyres. The problem is, it had be inspected by technician for tyre wear and cleared to be wheel aligned. The technician was too lazy to check the whole tyre properly. I was also charged for checking for recalls which it had but the recall was never done. Peter Kittle francize are profit driven not customer satisfaction or quality driven.
